We’re looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team at Coastal Winds Avionics, an FAA Certified Repair Station located in Mobile, Alabama. You’ll get to work with a wide variety of interesting aircraft; everything from single-seat aerobatic competition planes up to multi-million-dollar corporate jets.

While we don’t offer the easiest jobs in the aviation industry, we do work with the latest avionics and major avionics manufacturers. We fabricate and install custom wire harnesses, interfacing new avionics to each other and new avionics to existing legacy avionics. We design with CAD and other software, fabricating instrument panels using CNC machinery, and we do all our own powder coating and silk screening in-house.

After the installation is complete, we go on a flight with the customer, to ensure that they are familiar with the new avionics and that everything is working properly in flight. Working with us, you’ll have the opportunity to do or learn all these functions and gain highly valuable skills along the way.
